PT Prima Timah Utama is a manufacturer and exporter of tin, and have integrated tin mining business segments ranging from exploration, mining, processing to marketing. Scope of its activities also include the mining, industry, trade. The main activity of the company is a holding company conducting tin mining operations and perform marketing services. The Company based in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Province
Marketing and Distribution
Marketing activities include sales and distribution activities. The distribution of 100% tin implemented to meet the overseas market (export). For countries that tin export destinations in Asia which include Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore. For Europe includes the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and America.
The distribution is carried out through a port in Singapore. Type of tin buyers can be classified on the direct users (end user) such as factories, industrial soldering, tin plate industry or large merchants (traders). PT Prima Timah Utama has teamed up with ICDX (Indonesia Commodity & Derivatives Exchange) in developing commodity markets in Indonesia.
Tin Products
The resulting products have the quality that has been accepted by the international market and is listed in the metal stock exchange in ICDX (Indonesia Commodity & Derivatives Exchange).
The quality of every product produced by the company is guaranteed with a certificate products (weight and analysis certificate) international standard and adhere to the standards set by the LME products that can be traded as a commodity in metal exchange market. distinguished by its quality. Based on the quality of the product can be distinguished on the PTU Pb 100ppm (99.95% Sn), PTU Pb 200ppm (99.95% Sn) and PTU Pb 300ppm (99.90% Sn).
